You will be supporting the delivery of robust market and competitor insight and the management and analysis of internal customer experience research. You will be working alongside other Research Managers in the team as well as leading on your own projects You will be working within a newly formed centre of excellence team which is now 9 strong, reporting into an exceptional hiring manager that is ex John Lewis! This team focuses on CX metrics, NPS and brand health and your focus would be on NPS. Location: Hybrid/2 days in the London or Bristol office per month
